Torta Bilbolbul (no eggs, no butter)

The bilbolbul cake is prepared without eggs and butter but very #chocolatey. The cake is soft and soft and is perfect if accompanied by whipped cream or orange jam or other fruit.

The name of the #bilbolbul cake took its name from a character from an Italian comic strip series conceived by Attilio Mussino in 1908. Bilbolbul is an African child who lives many adventures in comics, and the International Comics Festival held in Bologna since 2007 is dedicated to his name.


INGREDIENTS

2 cups Flour

1 cup cocoa powder

2 cups sugar

sachets of baking powder

1.5 cup milk

zest of one orange

1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

PREPARATION

  • Mix together the milk, the sifted flour with the yeast, the sugar, the bitter cocoa, the grated orange peel, the powdered cinnamon.

  • Stir until the mixture is smooth and rather smooth.
